College rules state that you’re only allowed to have parties which have end before 11.30pm. and that permission must be sought from the Graduate Tutors via the BBQ and Party Request Form on inTHnet. In addition, it is polite to inform your housemates if you’ll be having a party and to ensure that it doesn’t create too much disturbance for your building. You must also use this form if you wish to organise a barbecue with more than 8 people in attendance. Otherwise you may book the barbecue directly through the Porters’ Lodge.
